Terms of Use

These terms apply when you book or use a space at Work Pod, No. 67, Norman Williams Street, Ikoyi, Lagos, whether you book on workpodng.com or with our team. By making a booking, you agree to them.

Bookings and payment

• Prices are in Nigerian naira and are shown before you pay.
• You pay online through Paystack. Your booking is confirmed once your payment has been verified.
• A booking that hasn’t been paid for isn’t confirmed. An unpaid online booking holds its space for 30 minutes, after which the space may be booked by someone else.
• We email a confirmation with your booking reference. Keep it for any questions about your booking.

Booking times

• Hourly bookings run between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM for the hours you choose.
• Daily bookings cover each full day from the start date to the end date shown.
• Monthly bookings run from the start date to the end date shown.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a booking, email booking@workpodng.com with your booking reference.

Using the space

• Use the space only for lawful work and within the capacity you booked.
• Follow instructions from reception and our security procedures, including biometric access.
• Leave the space as you found it, and tell us about any damage.
• We may refuse or end access for behaviour that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to others.

Your belongings

Keep your belongings with you. To the extent the law allows, Work Pod isn’t responsible for items left unattended.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use the personal information you give us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
